Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us at UserTribe. Our Privacy Policy describes the different types of personal data that UserTribe processes and applies for both visitors on our website and users of the platform. Read our full Privacy Policy on our website.

Data Processing Agreement

When you upload your own research as a Producer Pro user, you are responsible for controlling the data whilst UserTribe is responsible for processing the data.

Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a legally binding document between you, the data controller, and UserTribe, the data processor, which follows the rules set out in the GDPR. The DPA constitutes the obligations between the two parties regarding the processing of data uploaded by you to the UserTribe software.

At UserTribe, we make it easy to sign and submit our DPA:

  1. Sign our Data Processing Agreement via HelloSign (link coming soon)

  2. Receive our confirmation that that it’s been filed.

Service Level Agreement

Customers of our end-to-end service model are requested to sign a standard Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA applies when UserTribe conduct your studies and thus are responsible for both controlling and processing data securely. For more information about the SLA, please get in touch.
