Use any video conference platform [Zoom, Teams, Skype] to conduct the interview. Remember to record the session.

For the transcription model to understand what is being said, it is important that you get the best possible audio quality from the recording. Please, limit the background noise and ask the participant to use a headset with a microphone.

We suggest you prepare a task design in Sonar with your interview questions before the session.

Remember to record the session and to export it in .mp4 or .webm formats.

Note down times [hh:mm:ss] when you start each task or question from your task design. This is not mandatory but timestamps will make it easier for you to analyze the video afterwards.

Save the recording and upload it to Sonar.
